Acupuncture and Chinese Herbal medicine are very effective in increasing fertility in both men and women. It focuses on opening and regulating the reproductive organs, and increasing their effective functioning.  

You can choose to do acupuncture alone or do it in conjunction with western therapies.   If you are doing IVF, acupuncture can greatly increase the chances of success—some say up to a 40% increased success rate.

Acupuncture can be used  prenatally,  during,  and postnatally.  It can even be used to turn a breech baby or to induce labor. With an experienced practitioner, it is quite safe to do acupuncture while pregnant.  It helps the Mom as she goes through bodily changes and helps the baby as he/she develops.

If you are not planning on having a baby, acupuncture can be used for a wide variety of women’s and men’s health issues-- Menstrual difficulties, irregular or painful periods, menopausal symptoms, erectile dysfunction, and libido issues.
